Henderson rallies for ninth-place finish in Pine Tree 100 at Swainsboro Raceway

Opening up the month of May, Matt Henderson and the Rusty Webb Racing team followed Crate Racin' USA to Swainsboro (Ga.) Raceway on Friday afternoon for the Pine Tree 100.

Falling backwards in a heat race on Friday, Henderson transferred to the main event through a B-Main on Saturday. Starting 17th in the $10,000-to-win feature, Matt was caught up in a pileup that resulted in significant damage to his No. 22 machine. Henderson rallied with the damaged racecar and managed to grab a Top-10 finish in ninth.
