Late flat spoils solid outing at Screven Motor Speedway with Crate Racin' USA
Matt Henderson and the Rusty Webb Racing team followed the Crate Racin' USA touring series to Screven Motor Speedway (Sylvania, Ga.) over the weekend for the $10,000-to-win Daniel Lambert Memorial.
Among a stout 31-car field, Henderson set quicktime in his qualifying group and finished runner-up in a heat race. For Saturday's $10,000-to-win finale, Matt ran inside the Top-5 for much of the 50-lap main event before a last lap flat tire relegated him to a 14th-place outing.
